Dandara shortlisted for ‘Luxury House of the Year” Award

Dandara, the parent company of Heritage Homes Premier Collection has been short listed for two awards in the prestigious Scottish Home Awards.

The luxury home developer has been shortlisted in two categories; “House of the Year” for ‘The Laurel’ at their Deeside Brae development near the Bridge of Dee and “Luxury House of the Year” for ‘The Cedar’ house type at Oakhill Grange, in the Aberdeen’s exclusive West End residential district.

“We are delighted to be shortlisted for this year’s Scottish Home Awards. It’s a resounding endorsement of the attention to detail and commitment to quality we pride ourselves on across the group.” Said Dandara’s managing director Seamus Nugent.

Mr Nugent went on to add, “The exclusive locations we secure, exceptional levels of specification and understanding of the lifestyle requirements of high net worth individuals and their families are key to our approach”.

Since being founded in 2007 to recognise excellence in Scottish Housebuilding, The Scottish Home Awards have grown in stature and reputation. As an independent awards programme the event has earned respect from both within the property industry and beyond. The 2012 Scottish Home Awards will take place in Glasgow on Thursday 28th June.
